This notice and policy explains how we use information from people asking about the CAXA Stays pilot. Visiting this page does not subscribe you to marketing or grant authorization.

Information and purpose
If you contact us, we receive what you choose to share: name, email or telephone, property neighborhood, listing link and your message. We use it to respond, assess pilot fit, arrange a review and keep evidence of what we agree. We do not request sensitive information or children’s information for this inquiry. Any additional marketing purpose needs its own applicable basis; visiting this site does not establish one.
Services involved
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and may process technical information such as IP addresses and network requests. This version has no installed analytics, advertising cookies or Apollo visitor pixel. Opening WhatsApp leaves this site and its terms and privacy apply. Microsoft 365 and Apollo are part of our correspondence and follow-up tools; only the information necessary for those functions is shared with them. They may process data outside Colombia. We do not sell your message or publish prospect data.
Retention
We keep your inquiry for the time needed to handle it and meet applicable obligations, then review and reduce the information. To respect an opt-out, we retain only the identifier needed for suppression. A legal or contractual duty may require keeping particular records.
Your rights
You may access your information free of charge, correct or update it, request proof of authorization and information about its use, withdraw authorization and request deletion where applicable. You may also complain to Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio after first pursuing the inquiry or complaint with us.
How to exercise them
Email zach@getcaxastays.com with your request and the information it concerns. We ask only what is needed to verify that you are the data subject or their representative. Access inquiries are handled within 10 business days, with a justified extension of up to 5 more. Complaints are handled within 15 business days, with a justified extension of up to 8 more. We will explain missing information or any necessary extension.
Opting out
Reply BAJA or STOP, or use the unsubscribe page. No payment, account or explanation is required. Receiving an opt-out stops subsequent commercial messages while suppression is recorded. Merely opening the page does not submit a request.
Changes and access
This page contains the complete policy for pilot inquiries. We publish its date and changes here and communicate material changes before applying them where required. You may request a copy by email.
